Then, in the 72nd minute, Haaland struck again, this time with a powerful header that left Burnley's goalkeeper with no chance. It was the Norwegian's second goal of the game and his eighth in the FA Cup this season, a remarkable achievement for a player who had only recently joined Manchester City. Burnley tried to mount a comeback, but it was too late, and the game ended 3-1 in favour of the home team.
